ServicesLake Redstone Property Preservation provides a comprehensive array of services for Property Preservation. We offer both standard and less common services with the same high level of professionalism. Securing Property: As needed, lock box installation, openings securing, , lock change and rekey. All the locks providing access to the property and secure other entrances, including fences, gates, windows, and garage doors. This allows you to gain access to the property and restrict unauthorized entry.
Boarding and Securing: To restrict unauthorized access that may result in new or further damage, vandalism or liability, we provide services to board up and secure the premises. Our crew is trained in techniques related to safety in doing this, in addition to Federal (HUD) and local codes pertaining to securing a property. REO Field Services Inspection to Verify Occupancy: Physical verification of the occupancy status at the property location. Includes collecting pictures of the property, and the neighborhood. A field inspection may be necessary when there are eviction proceedings or when the property origination requires verification. On-Site Property Preservation: Lake Redstone Property Preservation can complete an entire home preservation in a matter of days. We will get a property condition up to code, with documentation and pictures of the work performed. Trash and Debris Removal: For health, safety, and aesthetic purposes, removal of debris and trash left on a property should be a top priority.
Janitorial Services: Vacated properties often have heavy duty cleaning needs in order to be deemed habitable. Doing this correctly can even salvage certain elements of the property. We provide expert janitorial cleaning services to give the property new life, including cleaning of the floors, carpets, bathrooms Lawn Care and Yard Services: An important aspect of keeping a property appealing is caring for the lawn and yard. Basic gardening such as lawn mowing, weed removal, tree and hedge trimming, leaf raking will maintain the property in good condition. We can schedule services as often as needed and according to client’s preference. Repair and Remodeling: Depending on the condition of the property, basic repair and remodeling can boost value and attractiveness. We are happy to advise our clients on strategic features unique to each property that may benefit from renovation. The work is conducted by certified professionals in adherence to local codes. Mold Detection and Removal: Mold is an issue to be taken seriously, as it spreads easily, and can linger if not carefully and thoroughly removed. It may cause health and structural damage in such cases. We offer mold detection and removal services by certified specialists who will identify the cause, nature, and extent of the mold. Their eradication recommendations will ensure that the property is hygienic and ready for the market. Plumbing and Winterization Services: We offer plumbing services to address any plumbing issues on a given property. Our experienced plumbers will assess whether the problem is, a localized or systemic plumbing concern. We also offer winterization services depending on the location, some properties may need to be protected from damage caused by weather. Swimming Pool Maintenance: We offer experienced pool maintenance services. This includes repair/install and maintenance of filtration systems, water treatment, and regular pool cleaning. If necessary, we will also drain the pool, inspect for structural integrity, and finally, clean, acid wash, refill as needed, and pool securing.
