MICHELLE ZIEGLER Broker/OwnerGet To Know Me!I started here at Lake Redstone Realty in June of 2003 as a Personal Assistant to the Broker/Owner. Before the year was up I received my sales license and continued on to receive my Brokers license. In October of 2007 the opportunity arose and I decided to take the big step of purchasing Lake Redstone Realty. It has certainly been a whirlwind thus far with the economic ups and downs. Thankfully, it looks like the economy is slowly working its way back up. We are excited to delve right into helping home owners and sellers secure their ideal property. In my first few years of real estate I had averaged at least 3 sales per month (which if you have ever been in the business you know how hard it is starting out to even achieve one sale a year let alone 3 a month). I am even more determined now than I was then, especially being I am now owner. On a more Personal Note: Prior to Real Estate I was in customer service. I love working with the many different faces that come along. This is why I chose to expand into the field of real estate. My family and I live in the Lake Redstone area, which we love. My husband is a volunteer for the local Fire Department, a town board member, along with his full time job. He helps out on the real estate side in his "free time". We have three children--2 boys, who are active in school and sports, and our daughter who we just welcomed into the world November 2010. I can't forget our dogs and cat. In the summer months we spend much of our time on our pontoon boat enjoying Lake Redstone. FYI.... if ya want lots of company, live by a lake and own a boat. In the fall we are Football Fanatics. Both of our boys are active in the sport and of course they have opposite schedules. Between practices and games this pretty much takes up the week for us. Winter time, well.....what can I say "it's cold out there". We do live in Wisconsin! My family is my top priority, JUST AS YOURS ARE TO YOU. This is why you can expect me to work hard for you, as I am working hard for my family. And..........Back to Business: What sets me aside from other agents is that I plan on keeping your best interests in mind above my own self-interests. I'm not out to just sell a property, but to sell you the property that best fits your needs! And I'm not out to just list a property and hope for someone to sell it, but to sell it within my company and in the shortest time possible, making long term friends along the way. Keeping the same clients is more important to me than, to keep trying to find new ones. Our company, as a whole, has many loyal clients already and we are only continuing to grow. I'm hoping that my personality and joys for the business will help set me apart from the "average broker" and raise me above the competition. My goal is to create loyal long term business relationships by caring about you and your best interests!
